1. Regular Wholesale - Buy, stock and sell.
WHOLESALE PRICING
Regular wholesale pricing is divided into two groups: Midwest Wholesale or Wholesale USA. Pricing is the same for each option, but shipping and minimum order options differ.
WHOLESALE MINIMUM ORDERS
Midwest Wholesale accounts (areas in pink on the map below) have zero minimum orders. Wholesale USA accounts have two different minimum order amounts based on location. Most states (areas in light blue or orange on the map below) must meet minimum orders of $150. West coast states (areas in green) must meet minimum orders of $300.
WHOLESALE SHIPPING
Midwest Wholesale accounts receive free shipping for orders over $200.00 or flat-rate shipping of $10.00 for orders less than $200.00. Shipping for each Wholesale USA account is a flat-rate of $10.00 regardless of the size or destination.

SHIPPING OPTION 1 - Picking up Orders at Your Retail Location
End consumers may shop your ...petfood.com site and receive FREE shipping or flat-rate shipping of $4.95 or $2.95 per order depending on your ...petfood.com agreement, when they choose to pick up their order at your retail location. End consumers get great shipping rates and you get the foot traffic plus the sale without having to stock the product. When end consumers select "FREE Shipping" as his/ her ship method, PAW NATURAW will contact the customer to verify he/ she understands the terms of this selection. The order will not ship until the customer verifies his/ her comprehension of the terms of this selection. Terms follow.
Flat-Rate Shipping Policy:
Buyer gives Naturally Raw LLC Associate permission to accept the delivery of the order on his/ her behalf. Delivery confirmation transfers ownership of the product from Naturally Raw LLC to the Buyer. Buyer agrees to accept ownership and responsibility for the shipment and all goods with delivery confirmation as provided by the authorized carrier. Buyer understands and agrees that neither Naturally Raw LLC nor its Associate are liable for goods after the delivery. Buyer agrees to pick up orders from the designated Naturally Raw LLC Associate on the specified delivery date. Naturally Raw LLC Associate will hold the shipment at its location for a period of forty-eight hours (48 hours) after receiving the delivery for the Buyer. After forty-eight (48 hours), Buyer agrees to abandon ownership of the product and authorizes Naturally Raw, LLC to arrange for the product to be discarded.
Raw Frozen Sales:
Orders containing raw frozen items are packed heavy with dry ice and will remain frozen during transit. Buyers assume ownership for the product upon delivery. Upon receiving the shipment, Buyer should immediately transfer the contents into a freezer.
All sales of raw frozen foods are final.
Returns:
Opened food items are not eligible for return. Unopened food items except frozen items may be returned at the Buyer's expense. However, final decisions about refunds for returned product will only be made after product is returned to Naturally Raw LLC. Refunds are subject to a $15.00 processing fee. OPTION 2 - Home Delivery
Alternatively, end consumers may choose to directly ship their order to their home for carrier-calculated shipping rates.

PAW NATURAW maintains your website, processes the transaction, coordinates the agreement of the terms with the customer, and handles and ships the order at no additional charge. (Wow! Now that is some real customer service). Each sale from your ...PetFood.com site earns you a 20% commission for monthly sales less than $1,500, 25% commission on sales between $1,501 and $2,500, and 30% commission on sales over $2,500.

3. Drop Ship - Sell PAW NATURAW distinct by instinct products online at your website without stocking the product. PAW NATURAW will ship products to your customer on your behalf.

DROP SHIP PRICING
Drop ship accounts enter orders online. You enter your customer's order, your payment information, and your customer's shipping address. PAW NATURAW ships the order on your behalf.
DROP SHIP MINIMUM ORDERS
Zero minimum orders.
WHOLESALE SHIPPING RATES
Carrier calculated shipping rates (FedEx ground). PAW NATURAW reserves the right to ship orders with best method available.
DROP SHIP SETUP FEE (One-time)
$175.00. PAW NATURAW will provide you with access to product images, descriptions, and will post links to your store.
4. PAW NATURAW boutique - boutique sells, handles, and ships orders to end consumers. Customers receive discounts or shipping incentives for picking up deliveries at your location.

boutique SALES & COMMISSIONS
PAW NATURAW processes the transaction, coordinates the agreement of the pick up terms with the customer, and handles and ships the order at no additional charge. (Wow! Now that is some real customer service). Commissions are based on sales volumes by state. Each order delivered to your retail location as a PICK UP DELIVERY earns you a 20% commission for monthly sales less than $3,000, 25% commission on sales between $3,001 and $4,999, and 30% commission on sales over $5,000. No commissions are given for orders with home delivery.

$49.00 ($0.13 per day) for stores highlighted in pink areas on the graph below.
$39.00 ($0.11 per day) for stores highlighted in light blue, orange, or green areas on the graph below.
$29.00 ($0.08 per day) for stores highlighted in dark blue and purple areas on the graph below.
